BECOMING A MEMBER OF GOOD HOPE

Good Hope offers a periodic Connect Class taught by our pastors for those wanting to learn more about Good Hope, possibly become members, and discover how and where their spiritual gifts can best serve. This class is immediately following the Sunday Morning Worship Service. Lunch and childcare are provided.

Good Hope values a united church body that comes together around shared beliefs:

  • Salvation through Jesus Christ and a personal commitment to Him as Lord and Savior.
  • Water baptism by immersion as a believer.
  • Agreement with the church covenant, the Baptist Faith and Message, and the constitution of Good Hope.

Those interested in membership are encouraged to read through all of the pages under the “About” section of our website that provide links to all of these documents as well as more information on our beliefs, structure, water baptism and more.

New members are celebrated and received into our fellowship by a simple majority church vote.
