Meet Hallie Ford

Hello, everyone! I am so excited to meet you all! My name is Hallie Ford, and this is my husband, Benny. We had the joy of being married in May 2025 and currently reside in Lone Tree, Colorado. Our first year of marriage has been an absolute blessing full of so many exciting adventures. We love spending time outside, traveling, finding new coffee shops, and making homemade pizza. Benny and I have had the privilege of doing ministry together throughout our relationship, and we are thrilled to continue doing so. Benny will be joining staff with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) in a mobilization position, where he will be sending missionaries all over the world.

As for me, I have been leading worship for as long as I can remember. I enjoy playing piano, songwriting, and singing. While I do love music, knowing people and building relationships is my mission. I have a passion and excitement for sharing the Gospel with others and creating spaces where they can worship and glorify the Lord. I love to develop and train teams and help them lean into the gifts that they have been given and use them for the local church. It is amazing how the Lord has been able to use me in my time of ministry. I cannot wait to spend some time with the family of Good Hope and see all the ways that God is moving in His Church!

Philosophy of Worship

Worship is a broad and complex component of our relationship with Jesus. As members of the body of Christ, the call on our lives is to worship the Lord. We are called to attribute to Him all the honor and glory that He deserves because of who He is and what He has done. That being said, worship comes from the individual and therefore comes in all shapes and sizes. Worship can look like singing songs in service on Sunday, but it also looks like serving your neighbor, volunteering in children’s ministry, spending time in prayer, etc. The list goes on and on. Worship requires sacrifice and humility, making your life an offering because Jesus is the King who already humbled Himself and sacrificed everything for you.

Now, when it comes to musical worship, the same is true. Humility and sacrifice are still required, and we know that songs and melodies come in all shapes and sizes. My goal when creating spaces for people to worship is to provide an opportunity for the congregation to hear and engage with the Gospel. From there, we all have a chance to respond with thanksgiving and adoration for how Jesus has changed our lives.

This should be done in an accessible way to the congregation, using language and sounds that resonate with their unique stories and perspectives and incorporating songs that reflect the different demographics in attendance. Both hymns and contemporary songs are important to complete this mission, along with the reading and meditation of Scripture. All that being said, I align with Good Hope’s visions, missions, and goals, and I simply want to come alongside the church to provide a fit worship experience for the congregation every Sunday!
