We are excited to invite you to Good Hope’s OWLS! OWLS stands for Older Wiser Loving Seniors and is specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and up who are seeking to form fun and meaningful relationships with others in the community.

Many of our senior adults actively serve in various ministries at Good Hope, and the OWLS ministry provides an additional opportunity to come together and engage in enjoyable activities. The ministry meets at least once a month for a variety of fun events, including movie nights, visiting local attractions such as theaters and the Billy Graham Museum, going to ice cream shops, an annual fall weekend trip to Myrtle Beach and gathering on occasion to sing old Gospel hymns and songs. There is also a Valentine’s Day event for members to celebrate the holiday together. In addition, the ministry gathers monthly at iHop for breakfast.

Joining the OWLS ministry is an excellent opportunity to come together with other like-minded individuals, form lasting friendships, and engage in a range of enjoyable activities. We encourage our senior adults to consider becoming a part of this exciting ministry at Good Hope.
