Good Hope Preschool is currently looking for an assistant teacher for our 3 year old classroom for the 2026-2027 school year. Our ideal candidate will work to provide a loving, safe, & encouraging environment where the love of Jesus Christ is modeled & taught.
Job Requirements
- Ability to share Jesus at an age appropriate level
- Early education and/or childcare experience
- Passion for children & education
- Must be able to bend, stoop, stand & lift up to 20 lbs.
- Must agree to & clear background check
- CPR/First Aid certification – course provided
Job Description:
- Assist lead teacher in implementation of lesson plans & classroom management
- Demonstrate skills to assist in effective classroom management
- Maintain effective, working relationship with students, parents, & staff
- Must attend monthly staff meetings & attend continuing education classes as provided
- Part time – 8:30-12:30; September-May – Monday/Wednesday/Friday
